【Face・Shape】
■Futuristic head design same as conforming model features extremely larger face-progression (FP) and unique neck position moved toward to rear, while keeping orthodox shape. It helps golfer square the face to the target, position the ball forward in the stance and keep shoulder line to be square.
■Head profile looked bit bigger gives stability and confidence at address even in case of using longer shaft.
【Distance・Trajectory】
■SAT2041βTitanium that has both features of strength and resilience is used for industry-first ’360˚CUP FACE’ (Patent pending) first introduced in EX-460 conforming model. CT value for Coefficient of Restitution is 300μs that far exceed upper limit in SLE rules*. In addition to great off-center performance, high repulsion full-cup face provides much higher ball speed. * Limit for up to 239μs (plus 18μs tolerance)
■Except the face material, body construction is same as conforming model, including the unique neck position placing the center of gravity closer to the shaft axis while keeping deep, multi carbon composite body (both crown and sole) increasing the perimeter weighting, tow weight screw in the perimeter of the sole and etc. Hammer-shape head applied these our best technologies produce big carry and distance with great stability and forgiveness.
【Hitting feel・Adjustment function】
■solid and responsive feel are even more impressive, it doesn’t seem as repulsion model and generate more aggressive swing to bring big ball fright.
■Adjustable weight system has two weight screw port (back:12g, heel:8g, changeable) and it allow for wide range turning. Non-rotating adjustable hosel system keeps the shaft in consistent alignment regardless of loft and lie angle, and it allow to select 4 position for loft (neutral: ±0, -1, +1, +2) and 2 position for lie (neutral; N, upright: U).
Weight system allowing considerably to reduce the head weight help to assemble with longer shaft.
